Red face Headlight bar mounting?

Do the cups on the headlight bar that the lights sit on and bolt to tip towards the rear or the front?

Do the screws that mount the shell to the radiator go right through the lacing or do you somehow put them under the lacing?

What if anything goes between the top of the splas aprons and body on a 28 sedan? I dont want to scratch up the aprons but cant find a specific welting listed for tjis in any of the catalogs?

Are the wooden body blocks on a 28 sedan supposed to have the rubber pieces attached on the bottoms of all of them or are they only used to shim things as needed?

On my 28 sedan there a 5 holes on each side of the gas tank where the tank attaches to the top of the side cowl panels. Are the clamps used for these holes or do I use bolts and nuts and the clamps...
