Re: 3.25:1 (approx) gear set

I'm running a Camaro V8 T5 transmission with a .73 Over Drive and 4:11 rear gears. The equivalent final drive in 5th is 3.00. This is with a mildly built Model B.

My dad was in Lyons, but he passed in 2018. Was a member of Willamette A's.
He had a friend in the area that he used to go driving with, but I think he has also passed. I now have his coupe in SoCal.

Look into the Stipe modern front seal. It uses an aluminum housing to hold the shape.

If you're staying with the 4 cylinder, the F100 box is best. If you are going to a V8 flathead, then the F1 box works better for exhaust clearance.

As far as I know, Tod Buttermore is the only one making cast iron 7:1 heads. He has a few different ones. Stock looking, Winfield and Thomas.

The original stud boss height is 2-7/32". That does not include the head gasket thickness.
