While installing studs I put antiseize on them and the oil worked past some of the nuts.

Permatex Permashield Gasket Dressing & Sealant works well. It does not harden and the hose is easy to remove at a later date. It is also fuel resistant.

I will be building my floor for my 30 roadster. I will use cardboard and make a pattern. I would suggest whatever plywood you use make sure the outside layer is not paper thick as most cabinet...

One of your starter bolts may be to long and if it is it will hit the flywheel.
When I took my engine apart I found marks on the front of my flywheel from a long bold that someone used.
