Looks like a wire electrode with a 90 degree bend at the end.

What is it.

Both water pumps are off my 59A and when I look in the cavity I can see what looks like an electrode hanging down in the block. What would I be seeing.

Ignore the overheat concern what is most cost effective way to drop rpms at hwy speeds?
