I cleaned off the top of a piston and looked closely with a magnifying glass and could not find any size stampings.

Pulled the heads here's the view, did a rough cylinder measurement, inside caliper and tape measure and the bore looks to be a bit under 3 1/4 inch, no cylinder ridge either but it is stuck.

Yes both sides have a lock a few inches below handle, mystery solved it was just froze, more oil and more extreme wiggle pressure eventually freed it up, hard to believe it could lock up that tight.

I have done this before but only when lifting a complete body off the frame so nothing gets tweaked. I can see the logic here in once the door gaps are set with bracing in place then the hinge work...

Another thing I have done, spent a whopping $12 on a rustoleum satin black paint job to keep it rusting and looking decent during the restoration because there will be lulls especially this fall...

Is there anything other than the rubber pads that go between the frame and the floor, bout ready to slide the floor in, I know on Model A's there is welting and wood body blocks.
