I sent some 78 cases out to be sand blasted. One came back with a small crack near the inspection cover. Sent it out to the micro welder. They had it for a week they tried to stop it from cracking...

My hubs are new from speedway. I have checked hub is all the way in .2inch shoes 2 inch drum . The 12" bendix backing plate is the same size of the outer drum not letting the drum to go back the 1/2...

I have 40 spindles mtcarr husb and us made brake drums from Joe's. The drum wont go all the way on it hits the lip of the F1 backing plate.?

F1 brakes
I have mounted complete f 1 brakes on my round back spindels. Bendix # 301917 .my proplem is the new brake drum wont touch the hub because the backing plate hits the back of the drum. Any one run...

Yes it needs to be put back. With out it air flow to the radiator is gone. It put air flow to the bottom of the radiator. Didnt put mine in overheated so put it back no proplems.

Transmission conversion
Change over from closed drive to open. You get main shaft Speedo gear snap ring rear housing w new seal and drive shaft yoke. Pics on bostons Craigslist under flathead ford. 225 plus shipping....

Ford v8 60
2 v8 60 hp. One is for parts 2nd on had machine work started . Crank ground block has been bored. New rod and crank bearings new cam and cam gears gasket set valve guides piston rings and more....

Brass Works. They made a 37 style rad with a 36 tanks so I could move it forward to in stall a 331 caddy in my 36 roadster. That's how to run a fan on a 8 ba in a 36.
