joe 1950, Thanks, have seen several cars online with black wall tires and they sure look sharp. DB tires have , Auburn deluxe radial that look like bias ply and they are available in black wall...

Mart, He was not very mechanical when it came to cars, he knew what style he liked and that was about it. The other cool thing about the car....His father had one just like it and he learned to drive...

Just looked at DB tires, they make a very nice looking radial that has the look of bias. No tubes though, assume they will work with my wide five wheels. Thanks to all for the help!

Tan with red wheels, was pretty sharp looking. Unfortunately it was a lacquer paint job and was getting old looking.

V8 to match gold motor, chrome finish was a little worn so sanded the plating off primer, painted and clear coat.
