Well, i would like to think common sense would come in to play since the screw has to be loosened and the point cam has to be rotated some what which means the rotor has to be removed.

Sorry, but that looks like a possible GM windshield, not a ford. They look similar but a ford lower windshield does not bow up all the way across. Curves up slightly on the ends and then flattens out.
