Last information we had on this car was it was in Knoxville, Tennnessee. It was black with a white top and a 8BA flathead had been installed.

wow, several nice offers to sell me a 40 convertible. Nice looking cars at lower prices than I would have suspected. Are these cars declining in value? Opinions?
