I have a full set of 1927 T coupe hinges and I know which location they go to, but how do I tell a RH hinge from a LH hinge???


These are NOT the finger style hinges.

I've been reading a little about water injection and see it was used during WWII and again in the late 60's and it would seem it is fashionable again now with the turbo and supercharger crowd.

Play with the tightening of the U bolts.
Loosen them up and then tighten the high side first and if that starts to level it out.

I found that cold weather can dull door latch springs.
Hot weather my latches were fine, but on a cold day or first thing on a cold morning and like clockwork a door would pop onto the 2nd catch.

I had a stock coupe and could not sell it, did some simple mods and it sold like a hot cake...

Wire wheels, lowered it, dropped headlight bar and 35 Ford front axle.

I cut a couple of lengths of hollow tube that were an exact fit inside the channel, so my bolts can just slip thru the tube and prevent the channel from crushing when the hinge bolts are tightened.
