Probably east. When I signed the sheet I was top of 3rd page with about 17 per page and that was at noon. Someone later said it was 2 to 1 favoring the east.

Go with the woven, have them bonded to the shoes and leading edge relieved. You will be able to stop on a dime and leave change.
