If the bead is really stuck to the rim, you can make your own bead breaker. (Steel tire cover left on for avoiding work for this demo pic.)

A fellow near where I used to live had a semi-modern pickup with that kind of rig and used it to turn a lathe for ~30" dia. log sections in his driveway.

When Dave in MN removed my studs, he heated them, then melted paraffin wax on the hot studs. That did the trick!
