Steve, The wagon had a 3/4" sway bar, the bushing had a slit in it to slip over the bar. This series of bushings that Moog sells is specific to size not to manufacture . Dave

The easiest way to tell is the hole at the bottom where you would adjust the brakes should always point to the rear of the vehicle. If it has 2 holes then it doesn't matter. Dave
