Backside of cover. Also I believe a fellow Fordbarn member worked at the factory and may have more inside info on the heater vent Neil has and this cover..

On the label it kinda shows how it goes and it’s pretty cool and amazing how it survived as a water slide decal . The dimensions are 17.5 inches long with a depth of 3.5 inches and is 4.5 inches...

I have a Arvin cover for one but they came in many configurations. So not sure if it would fit your application..
