where on the Internet did you find the 17" steering wheel wrap. I need one for my new speedster and one for my daily driver 31 coupe.

No, it was not a stock engine. Counterbalanced crank, custon cam. BF head, and most important - balanced engine. ken

When it goes back on you may have to peen the edges. It should be a tight fit. You do not want that thing rattling loose

When buying new pistons, the pins come already in the pistons. They are a press fit. When I say "press" that means they are pressed with your thumbs or the heal of your hand. It is a very snug...

Had the same issue when I wanted carpet for my 1930 Woody wagon. Got carpet runners from Lowes. Material was 5 ft. wide and bought by the foot - i think I got 6 ft long piece. Kinds...

Not all alternators perform the same way. Lets assumeyou have a GM -1 wire, which is probably the most common adaption. Some will not even kick in and produce electricity until your engine reaches...

Charlie is right. The casting is too thin to drill and tap = only about 1/8 to 3/16 thick.. I build mine like this. 1/4" piece of pipe nipple welded to face of gooseneck - out of way of head nut. ...

That little "triangle shaped guide" is nothing but a line up guide in the hub. I use a pres that makess 28 to 30 tons. All that pressure has to be on the stud - not he drum. Takes a special "jig"...

I took mine to same auto machine shop that is doing the work on my crankshaft and block. He has a 100 ton press and has it now straightened. Took him about 30 minutes.

Currently running woven linings on cast Iron drums on two cars - 31 Coupe and 30 Woody. No problems. What CWP said above in very important. ken
