Here are some pics I took of my suspect Original and the Snyder Aluminum fan.
You will observe the crack and split that caused my alarm to go off.
I do note the new Synders is 15 5/8 tip to tip,...

With all the posts about how hard it is to remove these, I wonder if Anti-Seize/grease/Vaseline/you name it is a good idea to put on the shaft as install? My Andrews book just says put the fan on and...

Is there a Model A Nut & Bolt guide
The castle nut on the crank guide on my new car went to find it friends on the road somewhere.
I did a web search but couldn't find anything close to a description of what size nuts, bolts etc....

Headlight Reflector - New or Old
I took out the headlamp reflectors and was able to polish one nicely. The other seems to be made of plastic or junk fiberglass, and the coating will come off with just finger pressure. Real trash...

Thanks for that tip - a bright light does show on the left a DL and on the right faintly ULD CO, good to know.
I'll bag it then for another day and find a better shape one.

This is a pic of the emblem I remove from the shell on my 30 coupe. It might be the original, who knows, but if it is I wondered on a harmless way to refurb it rathe than shell out for a new one?
