1932 Roadster top front brackets.
Looking for a source for the 1932
top front brackets for the top bow steel, one that fits over the front windshield stanchions tops.

That has been my theory too, i do have other German oil pumps here though, they are all steel like the American and English pumps.
The German and English books and manuals does not show this either....

It is not magnetic at all, i know my metals, this is absolutely die cast white metal.

This is die cast, not cast iron like the 25 others i have that are both both pre war and post war.
Only cast iron part on this is the end cover and the bolt on pick up elbow.

59a oil pump
Any info on an oil pump out of a 59a i'm building?
Casting numbers are W pre-fix.
Unlike the others i have, this body looks die cast alloy, cast iron end cover, cast iron elbow with die cast pick...

59a oil pump capacity.
I have pulled apart a 59a engine to control everything and replace a few parts.
Story on the engine is that it was NOS up until 1989, put into a 1939 pu and driven very little for about 10 years...

G28T center cam bearing oiling?
I now have my rebuilt G28T block and bottom end on the bench, and as always i go through the oil passage system.
These are as some of you know full pressure B type block, they have a solid top oil...

Use the 3/8" ratchet set and there is a small radius on the top of the opening in the block allowing the ratchet extender to reach the bolts pretty straight on. Then you should be able to "walk" the...

Hi, i need to find a source for 1942-48 distributor tiny wire connector rubber boot and slotted nut, either nos or new. is this available anywhere? thanks.

V8 lockable gas cap.
Who made this very cool V8 locking gas cap? The key and cylinder is Star brand.
I suppose it is an aftermarket item? i have not seen this type before.

I agree, i rebuild, test and run the 1942-48 "crab" distributor, for people and myself.
It`s hard to see any gains in this new unit, why replace the best distributor ever made for a modern unit...
