The complete rebuild kits has the shaft bushing seal and impeller so should be all needed for a total rebuild as long as the core ainīt to rusty.

I press the shaft down through the pulley...impeller and shaft will come out the other side of the pump.
Trying to hold the pulley by the edge will end up bad either broken(cast pulley) or...
