Re: Neil McNeil, McDonell Douglas 1932 Ford fenders

I am lowering the price to $4000. Will not ship but might consider shortening the trip for buyer.

Neil McNeil, McDonell Douglas 1932 Ford fenders

These fenders have been on the shelf for over forty years. I primered the top side thirty years ago and recently sanded the primer off and used Naval Jelly and steel wool on the humidity rust. Now...

Re: McDonnell-Douglas Ford fenders question

I just spent a couple hours checking the fit of the McDonnell/Douglas driver's side fender on my original '32. I was happy to find that my memory still served me on how they fit. Some of the holes...

Re: McDonnell-Douglas Ford fenders question

Well, now I'm curious. I've got a 32 that the fenders have never been off. Let's see, after a dozen bolts or so we'll just see how they fit.

Keep you posted.

Re: McDonnell-Douglas Ford fenders question

Thanks for all the input. I figured the guys on this forum could help fill in some blanks for me.

I've heard tales of reproduction fenders out of that time frame not fitting well, but I don't...

McDonnell-Douglas Ford fenders question

Around 1980 I was building a deuce roadster and ran across an article in a car magazine (I think it was Rod Action), about a company called AFord that was making reproduction 1932 front fenders. I...

Re: Need help identifying Model T? parts

That's kind of what I thought. But I think I can see where it would make a great mail box hanger. Never could throw anything away.:(

Need help identifying Model T? parts

The wife says I'd better not leave her with all my car stuff to get rid of. I'm not sick but I've got a lot of stuff.:o

When I was a kid I thought this was a headlight bracket for a brass era...

Re: Antique horn identification help needed

If I remember right(and sometimes I think I don't remember much), the late '32s came with beep horns.

Need help identifying Model T? parts

I've had these parts around for years and need some help identifying them. I suspect they're off a Model T truck or pickup. Any of you Model T guys have a clue? They need a home and I don't know...

Re: Antique horn identification help needed

Re: Antique horn identification help needed

You may be right, Walt, but someone did a perfect job in fitting if that's the case. It looks more like it came that way from the factory.

Maybe I'll just hang it on my A or B and drive it around...

Re: Antique horn identification help needed
