You've ask a good question. I use a pair of 5" accessory fog lights mounted on the front bumper as both daylight driving lights AND for turn signal lights. I suspect they are not considered...

I had this same problem except one of the two shift rods was also shifted forward into the bell housing so removing the tower lid wouldn’t budge.

X2 for making your own fuel line from hydraulic brake line. Save your current fuel line for a Zenith backup. Whoever sold you the Marvel should have also provided the brass connector for the fuel...
