Idaho "Classic" or "Old Timer" $25 one time fee - good for the lifetime of the vehicle - as long as it is older than 1943 and not heavily modified.

Thanks Bob - Sure appreciate the advice. I ended up stripping a nut on the bolt - so I ended up just smacking the bolt with the hammer. After about 20 good hits, it popped free. Thanks again!
