That is what I said , The guides are some hard stuff I just found out , I have since been able to reach someone who will hard chrome the O.D of the guides ,so mabe that way I can adjust to get a snug...

check out Eaton Detroit Spring co. you may have to wait a little while , but I find them to be a better choice over some of the E bay sellers. they can custom size the spring to suit your needs.
