Thanks guys. I had some help from my partner whoís got a great eye for colour combinations. Itís a little tricky when youíre looking at a pile of upholstery swabs. But I did a lot of searching images...

Robert do you know the history of the engine? Was it flushed of all the casting sand when rebuilt? I’d be trying to jack the rear of the car as high as possible and with the hoses off and water pumps...

My trimmer made a basic template up in clear plastic sheet. We had nothing to go by except photos and the top irons themselves. The photo of my 35 Aussie roadster. Good luck. Dan.

Greetings Conrad from the North of Australia. The windshield frame is secured to the opening with screws from inside the car. You can see the hole locations in my photo with the frame removed.

I stripped a 35 Ute rear axle last year and was surprised to see a very old welded axle. It had lasted a long time but I obviously didnít reuse it again!
