Thanks to all. I want a flag just like CarlG's picture. I'll try Wagner Products or make it myself. Will only be used at parade speeds. Hose clamps sound easiest.

I want to put a larger flag on my rear bumper than the small type which I have on the front. The suppliers sell a clamp-on mount that looks like a pipe with a spring loaded clamp, but they don't...
