No, doesn't have cowl lamps. Harness isn't new but the headlights are. This is a very early 29 and still has some 28 parts on it. I found this out during the restore. Pain in the you know what. ...

Thanks much, I am posting inside of light as well as wiring. Three wires coming from car and two from headlight.
