That's a narrow bed. 1930-31 Coupe or Roadster fenders will fit.

The black one is a 1929 Town Sedan. Be very careful with the cowl
band they are very fragile and hard to find.

The marks on the disc are from the pressure plate fingers, see
the second picture.
