@mercurycyclone That book looks like true unobtanium - wow ! To my eye, the maroon in the book appears both considerably darker and less blue than the photos posted by @ petehoovie

Gentlemen, This has been extremely helpful; my sincere thanks to all ! If anyone can post a high quality photo (in sunlight) of a “known good” example of coach maroon, that may be helpful. Not sure...

Thank you, but both seem to be dealer sales (and possibly painted to enhance marketability). Do we know if the black fenders are truly legit ?

Saw a very nice ‘34 wagon today finished in coach maroon, but with black fenders; I was not aware of two tone paint option in that year and would appreciate the group’s feedback. Thank you.
