I had an annoying rattle thought it was coming from the top, tightened the 2 screw that hold the frame to body and now nothing.

I had a similar problem. 2 years to track it down. The 2 screws holding the front windscreen to the body were loose and periodically loosen again.

Use Telecom wire, its plastic coated, make a staple, poke it through and 4 twists tight will hold it in a few places. It does vibrate and will cut the Radiator or rattle apart a dud solder.

I added wooden clip on peg, no more problems although I also found more head in the fuel tank helps.

I had the same problem. Went to the starter side with a mirror and looked up to under the head and fount 3" crack in the block.

I had brackets that looked like that 6mm plate, I bent it real good. I replaced it with 10mm, Sturdy as now.

You need to make sure the outlet to the plug will recognise 6v and deliver the 51/2v required. Isolate the plug.

No. No link, just a hellava noise with a time out. I do have a lockable trunk and I installed an old lockable ammo box between the guards hard behind the bumper, chopped a little off the crank handle...

I bought a cheap 6volt intruder alarm with remote. Installed it under the fuel tank on the side so wouldn't go off with walkers by. Wired it straight to the battery as the body is plastic. picks up...

I had a rattle at powering down, almost bell type. Turns out it is a loose baffle in the exhaust muffler. I aint pulling it apart yet, just live with it.

I used one of those cloth rubbers for tying hair up. There is heaps just lying around where kids play. Get the right size and she's sweet, no rattle.

The male plug adapts the voltage from 12v to 6v to deliver 51/2 v for the unit. Just isolate the female with reverse pole and if you take the plug out of the unit make sure its insulated or away from...

I had very bad death wobble and getting worse. We fixed all the mechanical problems and some that didn't matter. Seems I was trying to get the last bit of rubber off my tyres before I replaced them....
