distributor cam stuck

The cam is stuck on one of my distributor shafts.
Anyone have any ideas on how to free it?

I might have had it right the first time and it wasn’t meant to be shift
I must have had a bad ring, because I now have a scored cylinder
It just never ends

I was until I found an easier way.
Loosen the lock nut and then print get the piston positioned to the point where you measure the gap. You can then tap the adjust or on the tappet until you get...

Don't know why I didn't think of removing the first/reverse shaft. Both shafts are now out

I'm rebuilding my trans tower and the send/high shaft is stuck.
I can't move it forwards or backwards or rotate it. Anyone have any suggestions on how to remove it?
