Hello, Had local Locksmith make two keys for this outside door lock bit of trouble installing it until I put a wire though lock and into shaft end which help line the shaft up when pushing lock into...

1930 Murray Exterior Door Key
Have remove lock and there is a number on the shaft No. A1102.
Don't know if this is key number?
If so can I get a new key?

Maybe a bit slow there are two sets of holes in rotor wing so the valve goes right to the bottom and closes off both sets of holes?

Thanks have tapped it down with a piece of 4x2 (that's how we describe it in NZ) and hammer. Took it for a short drive about two miles stayed there ok. It may have just worked out/up over...

Oil Filler
Oil Filler tube came out while driving found it on road when returning. I didn't lose much oil although plenty splashed around engine and firewall.
Have put it back in hope it doesn't happen again....

1929 Splash Shields
Repo set the holes/slots that have bolts to guard are vertical the guard holes/slots are horizontal.
Does anyone know if the splash shield holes/slots are meant to be vertical or horizontal?

1929 Windshield Post Side Garnish
This is on an AA Truck it appears that to install these inside I have to cut out a piece where the top hinge is located in order to fit them home. Has anyone had to do this?

Yes looks the same I have managed to install it but with the webbing on it you can see it sort of poking out under the screw on molding. I think the webbing is to stop a rattle?

Have the glass that came out of doors however with new channels glass wont go in or I cant slide channels in after glass in position. Glass now appears too wide for available gap?

Bought a couple off Ali Express about $26 NZD had them for years seem to work on both 6 or 12 volts can wire the cables to battery posts a just plug in when in garage.

Vacumm Wiper Pipe route Engine area
1930 4 door Firewall has a couple of pipe retaining clips? how does the piping go from manifold to these then through firewall? I have new black flexible hose and pipes at each end from Synders.
