The problem was solved and the hole repaired six years ago.
The panel adhesive worked just fine and is holding up perfectly.

Five years and still no issues.....maybe 2500 miles?
The catch is, it's sort of expensive, comes in a two part cartridge and requires a special dispenser.

I went and found the old blocks.
The blocks that fit at the rear of the cab have only one hole....so only one bolt.

So I took a couple pictures.
The two bolts seen from below in post #8, are at the back wall of the cab behind the seat. (You will notice that this is a different ccpu from the one in post 8.)

Here is the way I did it...as yet untested though...
The condenser is attached to one of the cowl seam bolts, and the flag end is loose for now, but the idea is to slip it under the nut that holds...
