Hagerty here also, about 15 yrs, 1st on the Model A and now on the 40. NO claims and I think reasonable (cheap) compared to daily driver.

Hagerty is a little over the hundred(depending on how much you value the car).
Unless you're strapped for cash I would just go ahead and get it. JMO

I gave our "girl" 75$ this year. My wife gets packages 2-3 times a week and about 15"solicitations a day. Very nice, pleasant girl, always had a treat when we had the dog.

With the drum ON and tightened is there any movement??
I believe what movement you have now is normal as there's nothing supporting the axle withe the drum removed.
