Wondering if the front gravel shield 51A-17744 goes on top the radiator pan 51A-8208 (as I have it) or under it.

Fits either way and in the Green Book illustration, the pan is shown way out of...

If indeed the glass was set with silicone or urethane instead of setting tape; you may very well have to break the glass out and remove in pieces to avoid damaging the windshield frame.

Maybe the rubber seal has deteriorated and bonded it self to the body.

Open a gap with putty knife and pass a fishing line thru there and then run all the way around the frame to get it loose.

Get some elastic stop nuts and grind the locking portion off and you will have some 7/16" nuts that will take a 5/8" wrench or socket.

Interesting; I have never seen pot metal '35-'36 regulator gears; they have all been steel.

I've had quite a few with either worn out or rusted away teeth.

I looked at one time and couldn't find any re-popped. I saved the strips off the last sedan body we scrapped to use as patterns; but that is as far as I got.

WC18290 & WC18291 these have 1-1/8" bore.

F-100 wheel cylinder WC9090 WC9091 mentioned earlier will also work; but have a 1-1/16" bore.

The difference may be useful for brake balance depending...

As stated; rear backing plates with the holes filled or '41 only fronts. The offset of the others are incorrect.

I've found that adding length does not change the spindle swing very much before you run out of threads on the lock pin.

We usually slip a 5/8" jam nut over the end of the original stop and weld...

'47 inner fenders sit outside of and overhang the frame. There are several rubber bumpers (by the white arrows) near the lower edge of them to keep them from rattling against the frame.
