Your correct that there is no "T" but there is an "H" so SCHWARZE not SCHWARTZE. Using a google search they do come up as earlier horns for automobiles as well as Jeeps.

Bells do have a screw in center of cap. Will do a measurement later this afternoon after work. Also thought it was interesting that voltage was indicated, thought 6 volts was the only game in town.
