They really should purchase it. There must be some antique vehicle group or some way to finance it. I did the same thing with Elko Nevada... They didn't show interest in their grocery store's...

I bought a nice 5 acre piece of woods alongside my 5 back in '06 when you 'couldn't lose in real estate'. I doubt it has come back to what I paid for it and now it looks like a combination hazardous...
