Adjusting the 3rd brush

OK, I've read Les' book and searched all the threads, and still don't understand how to raise the brush. I can get hold of it with my fingers and move it 1/8 inch or so horizontally, but can't get...

I have the package tray out of my roadster while I'm redoing the seats. It does give you more room, but you'd have to come up with something to support the top of the seat.

I got my amber single filements from http://www.taillightking.com/light_bulbs.htm. Don't know if he has dual filements or not. He also has the colored bulb condoms.
