We have 4 "collector cars" insured w/Hagerty, oldest is 1936, newest is 2004, for all 4 we pay about $1k a year for full agreed upon value coverage. YMMV

Ceramic paint coatings are actually very popular but on their way out, the next new thing in paint coatings is called "GRAPHENE" if you plan to drop the money for ceramic, I suggest you research this...
