Hi guys,

i solved my vapor lock problems with installing little steel sheet to close the exhaust pipe going thru the intake manifold. did this last year, and i never had any more vapor lock!

I made myself the new harness on my 37 tudor but the only wire i haven't changed is the dome light wire :).

be carefull when you use the thermometer you must stop the engine because the hight tension of spark plug affect the reading.

i think the first thing to do is to clean the gas pum, put a gas filter before it, see if gas comes out when you start. if all is good, put a wire between + and coil and test to start.

I had almost the same issue on my 37 tudor. It was idling but not climbing in turns. changed the condenser and all was OK. i opened it to see and you can see the pictures...

Be careful, on my tudor 37 I made a rubber gasket between the sending unit and the tank. Some days later it was smelling gas in the car... the rubber was melt by gasoline...

Yes it's very difficult to solder a radiator because the two boxes (top & bottom) are tin soldered, so if you heat too much the result will be leaks.

So i drilled a hole of 18mm in the radiator, and put in the hole a brass part I made. The internal of the part...
