Update, 4th carb and it leaks too.. Called Dennis Carpenter and they said the float was most likely the issue because they only airflow test not liquid flow test. I asked about 4 carbs in a row and...

It is a Dennis Carpenter USA made new carb. I purchased it at JobLot, they have been absolutely great. They offer to return or replace my choice.

Tinker, I don’t know the pressure but I am using a stock mechanical pump, it will leak with the pump disconnected poring gas down the carb just enough to keep it running.
