The horizontal one arrowed or the frontmost of the vertical screws?

Vertical screws: 38 to 38-1/16" It's a little hard to measure single handed as the seats are a slightly in the way.

Hard to judge exactly what measurements you want, but here is a photo of the sill plate on my 32. You can see the screws. The second pic shows a horizontal screw near the front.
