Basically, you lay a large garbage bag over the wheel, as it lays on a carpet floor. The slippery nature of the bag allows you to slip the tire over the rim by hand with no tools.

Since you did not wear out your existing tires after all those years, durability is not as important. If your not concerned about judging, I would suggest a very reasonable choice. The Lucas tires...
