I can remember 18 cents, and it remained that price for quite some time, same thing happened with 25 cent gas when I was in high school.

A bad/broken/cracked/bent motor mount will do it.

Be very careful when draining and flushing, the vinegar and the gunk that comes out can really do a job on any painted surfaces and bare metal areas.

I got a cheap double phone charging port that I mounted under the seat from Walmart, just hook it up backwards for a positive ground system...works great.
Total cost under $15 dollars, don't know...

Sounds like you've checked most things.
But have you looked at your junction box connections and behind you instrument panel at the connections there.
I had a similar issue...turned out to be a bad...
