The switch has a circuit breaker in it .
at 6v it would be set at appox double of a 12v . If it is not a direct swap I would just put a breaker of the correct value in the headlight circuit

The vent window needs adjusted . Loosen the bottom of the vent window guide and slide it to the rear , do the same for rear window guide .

put the peanut butter on a peace of cotton from a Q tip and bait the trap with that.
Had them getting in a kitchen cabinet once , they were so small the trap caught them by tail and back legs .

If you plug the vent have fun trying to fuel up . Put the vent back , it cant be that difficult !You repaired the panel you can't drill a couple holes!

It sounds like you don,t have any carb heat . i could be wrong , but as I remember ford used a snorkel from the exhaust manofold to the carb via the air filter housing and this was thermostatically...

Is the ride height correct , if high or low the drag ling will be pushing and pulling up or down hill rather than in a straight line .

No one has mentioned this , are the brake shoes installed correctly ? The brakes on fords from 1949 on [correct me if I'm wrong ]are self energizing ,short shoe front .

The ring lands may have been resized and they are shims , so be careful if installing new rings to pay attention to land clearances .

I don't think F100 . I would think maybe 600 or 750 with vacuum assist hydraulic brakes gas engine with the 4000 rpm tach . I,m thinking about 1965 .

If you have low compression on a fresh rebuild the cylinders are dry , put a few cc of oil in each cylinder before trying to start it [ the cylinders are most likely washed down from from trying to...

The glove box should be the same key . You may be able to have a key made fore it , but some manufactures only used three teeth on the glove box . good luck .

Heating at low speed is normally an air flow problem . Also what mix of antifreeze are you using . Over a 50/50 mix can cause you to run warm .

A good glass guy will have a puller that clamps on the glass and the frame and he turns a handle and it pulls the glass out of the frame .
