1940 -41 Pickup Rear bumper new never installed

alanwoodieman I have the raised dash with the ford script . It loos like the ashtray would have gone in the hole and had a flip top on it.

You need to set and center the hood first. Then loosen all of your front sheet metal and adjust to fit the hood . Its not easy , it takes time. You may have to open some of the holes .

Re: Oil slinger, crank snout, crank sleeve.

You need to keep the oil slinger . Once you install your crank pulley and the bolt and washer that holds it on it will hold the oil slinger in place tight against the crank gear.

I have two original sets of Fenton headers . Both sets have the ford part numbers. I would take the photos but they are on my cars . The numbers are the same as the photos above.

Any mig wire you buy you won't be able to metal finish the weld. Either tig or gas welding will work .
