hmmmm,
The Autolite 216 used to be a great plug and back in the 80's they even came with a guarantee,
But now made in China?
I guess I shoulda stocked up while I had the chance.

Most of these ex military vehicles have the French Flathead in them,
there is however the odd puguet? or something in with them......

Yes Jack, avoid the AOD-E, which has metric embossed on the pan. Go with the older version and save yourself many headaches, wire nightmares and $$$.

The truck cab measured at the cowl/top is much skinnier than the Ford Car cowl.
This would mean that you have to pie cut the car hood and make it skinnier.
