I went through the 3 torque cycles trying to do everything right. Exhaust was full of antifreeze. Engine is cooling great, level in radiator is not dropping, oil is clean. Just seems not right to do...

Blew the head gasket #4 on my 8BA engine with aluminum heads. Had antifreeze pouring out the exhaust. Replaced head gasket using copper, Used thread sealent on bolt threads retorqed to 50# all...

Pulled everything apart last night. The pilot bushing looks like it might be out of round but have not measured it yet. Everything else is new and does not appear to have anything wrong with it....

I don't think the clutch is in backwards because it did work ok for a little while.

Tonight after work now that everything has cooled off, the tranny did go into gear, but moving it onto my lift it was making a horrible racket the whole time no matter where I pushed the clutch pedal...

Throwout bearing was marked USA this time. I guess I'm not sure about the arm, nothing looked wrong with it.

Had mechanic friend look at pilot bearing before replacing tranny and he said it was good, no need to replace. pedal has around 1"-1 1/4" play before contacting throwout bearing. Dave

I don't know about wizard company but my aluminum radiator for my 50 came from a place in AZ. Not cheap but a very nice job plus no more cooling issues.
