Speedo Inaccurate

Hi, I have a 1931 Town Sedan and the speedometer reads about half of the speed I am actually driving. Any ideas? Thanks for any help. Dave

I used to use Comet back when I had white walls. Worked very well. It was abrasive and it was white.
