The frame matches the motor and title!
I removed paint with an X-acto knife, then used a Dremel tool with fine 1" wire wheel to clean surface to bare metal. Numbers show clearly.

I'm trying to locate my chassis VIN stamping on a 1932 pickup.
The bed floor has been removed from the chassis, and cab floors removed, but the frame is covered with heavy black paint or powder...
