Re: First start of the season
Werby I use either MMO or Seafoam depending on what's on sale and what I have on the shelf. Both equally work during the winter storage.
My car sat for 30 years in my Dad's heated garage and he left...

Re: Attracting new Model A members.
I do the same as Bruce does, prop hood open. I have also put copper caps on top of the spark plugs just for show (using copper 1/2" pipe caps with a hole in the top) to mimic the old style ignitions....

Re: puzzled
My car has always been stored in a basement heated garage until my Mom passed away last year. We liquidated the house and I moved it into a semi-heated warehouse at my business. When the temps got...

Re: striping
I had the same dilemma on my car. I wasn't in any kind of hurry and left it unpainted until I ended up going to several large car shows (GoodGuys in Columbus OH for one) and found a pinstriping guy...

Re: Model "A" Goals For 2024
I'm in a club whenever I need help with things. I have always set yearly goals to get things done on my car, making a mental note when I think of or see any needed repairs or upgrades to accomplish...

Re: Abandoned roadster
Back in the 80's I used to run a small company where we would drive around and find cars for $50 to $100 and part them out, anything from trucks to T-birds. Of course those days are gone, but so many...

Re: Father's Day Poll
Mine was purchased by my Dad in 1964. It was original but the upholstery basically broke apart with age as did the top. Then the engine had an issue so we pulled it out. By that time it needed some...

Re: Car Cover
I looked at other car covers but went with the California CC as well. Very good quality, good service, and fits my Phaeton like a glove.

Barrett-Jackson
So if you saw the Barrett-Jackson auction last week, what are your thoughts? I personally decided the best thing was the Sold Sticker girl.
