changed spark plugs in stock 36 engine

and i get a sparking sound when engine is running, and you can see a small spark at the top of the plug, only 4 of the new plugs do this, i was hoping some one could shed some light on this, than...

identification of heads

the right side head 68-6049 and the left is 68-6050 B, this engine is in a stock 36 ford, thank you any heep on this, bob
